We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if within 28 days of receipts you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a refund.

The following Terms & Conditions apply:

1. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with the Sarah Daniele London security tag in place.

2. Items without a security tag will not be refunded, they will be returned to the sender.

3. We are unable to accept returns with a personalised engraving unless faulty. 

Please email sarahdanielelondon@outlook.com to confirm that you would like to return your order on which we will confirm the return address details to you.  After we have received your return a refund shall then be issued.  

Return postage should be tracked and is at the customers cost and responsibility.
